About ProFertility

Fertility care should begin before a crisis.

We help people understand their fertility earlier, investigate what may be getting in the way and move forward with a plan built around their body, goals and timeline.

Why we exist

Too many people are asked to wait until fertility becomes a problem.

By then, they may have spent months or years Googling symptoms, repeating standard tests or entering treatment without understanding the wider picture. ProFertility was created to bring testing, specialist interpretation and proactive planning together earlier.

The ProFertility difference

We do more than deliver a result.

A result is useful only when it changes what happens next. Our role is to connect the information, identify possible barriers and help you act with purpose.

01

Test intelligently

Start with accessible at-home testing or targeted investigations chosen for the question you are actually trying to answer.

02

Understand the whole picture

Bring together results, symptoms, history, diagnoses, medication, lifestyle and previous treatment—not isolated numbers.

03

Identify possible barriers

Look beyond “normal” to what may be modifiable, manageable, worth investigating further or ready for escalation.

04

Move forward with a plan

Improve naturally where appropriate, optimise before treatment or preservation, or reach the right specialist or clinic sooner.

Our story, in our own words

Why we built a different kind of fertility service.

ProFertility grew from years spent seeing the gaps between testing, explanation and action. Watch how we are bringing these pieces together.

“We do not believe people should have to reach crisis point before they are given meaningful fertility support.”

Built for real lives

Your route to fertility support does not have to look traditional.

Women, men, couples, same-sex partners and solo parents come to us at different stages and with different questions. The starting point changes; the commitment to clear, respectful care does not.

Planning ahead

You are not trying yet, but you want a clearer picture of your fertility now.

Trying to conceive

You are tired of piecing together advice and want someone to help take control of the next steps.

Told everything looks normal

Your standard results have not explained why conception is not happening—and you know that unanswered is not the same as resolved.

Living with a known condition

PCOS, endometriosis, fibroids or another diagnosis may already be part of your story, but it should not be the whole plan.

Focusing on male fertility

You want discreet testing, straight answers and practical support to understand or improve sperm health.

Preserving future choices

You want to understand and optimise fertility before freezing eggs or sperm, treatment, transition, deployment or another life change.

Founder-led. Experience-driven.

Built after seeing where fertility pathways let people down.

ProFertility brings together deep experience in reproductive care, women’s health and the realities of navigating fertility services. It was created to close the gap between receiving information and knowing what to do next.

Human, not transactional Proactive, not crisis-led Inclusive by design

Quality is part of the pathway

Trusted testing. Appropriate specialists. Clear accountability.

Designed and coordinated by ProFertility

We own the customer pathway: helping you choose the right starting point, arranging services, interpreting what the information means and supporting the next decision.

Testing you can trust

Our at-home blood and semen kits use CE-marked components, and our semen-testing ecosystem has undergone rigorous prototype testing and clinical validation.

Standards applied where relevant

Partner pathology laboratories, referral clinics and hub locations meet the relevant UKAS, ISO, HFEA and CQC standards for the service they provide.

Clinical oversight, not automated answers

Qualified clinicians and specialists support interpretation and escalation. Tailored plans are clinically reviewed before they become part of someone’s care.

More than one clinical lens

A multidisciplinary team around the question you have.

Fertility can involve reproductive medicine, gynaecology, urology, endocrinology, genetics, nutrition and emotional wellbeing. We bring in the right expertise rather than forcing every person through the same route.
