ProAdvance For Women: At-Home Fertility Hormone Blood Test

Our best all-round fertility hormone check for ovarian reserve, thyroid health and early-cycle hormone signalling.

If you want more than an AMH result, ProAdvance is the most useful all-round starting point in our women's range. It combines ovarian reserve and thyroid testing with the key early-cycle hormones FSH, LH and oestradiol, giving you a broader view of how your reproductive hormone system is signalling. This is particularly useful if you are actively trying to conceive, have irregular or changing cycles, want a baseline before treatment, or feel that a single AMH result would leave too many questions unanswered. The panel includes AMH, TSH, Free T4, Free T3, FSH, LH and Oestradiol. Together they can provide context around ovarian reserve, thyroid function and early-cycle hormone patterns. They do not diagnose every cause of fertility difficulty and they do not measure egg quality. If you want the broadest female hormone panel, including Testosterone, SHBG and Prolactin, choose ProComplete.

What Gets Tested

A broader view of your fertility hormones

ProAdvance adds the key early-cycle hormones FSH, LH and oestradiol to AMH and thyroid testing. That makes it a stronger choice when you want to understand more than ovarian reserve alone.

AMH

Provides ovarian-reserve context. AMH does not measure egg quality or predict natural conception.

Thyroid profile: TSH, Free T4 and Free T3

Looks at thyroid regulation and circulating thyroid hormones, which can be relevant to menstrual cycles, ovulation and pregnancy health.

FSH

Supports follicle development. Interpreted in the early cycle, it adds context about ovarian signalling.

LH

Plays a central role in ovulation and helps provide context when cycles are irregular or ovulation is uncertain.

Oestradiol

Helps interpret early-cycle ovarian activity and should be considered alongside FSH rather than in isolation.

Who is this best for?

  • Actively trying to conceive
  • Want a meaningful baseline before IVF or fertility treatment
  • Have irregular or changing cycles
  • Want more context than AMH alone

When should I take the test?

If you have periods, collect your sample on cycle days 2–5 for the most useful baseline interpretation of FSH, LH and oestradiol. Day 1 is the first day of proper bleeding. AMH and thyroid markers are less cycle-dependent, but because this panel includes cycle hormones, use days 2–5 where possible.

If your periods are very irregular, absent, or you cannot test in that window, contact us and we will help you choose the most useful day.

For postal samples, collect and return your sample on the same day and follow the collection-day instructions supplied with your kit.

What's Included

  • At-home collection kit and clear instructions
  • Return packaging for your sample
  • UK laboratory analysis
  • Secure online results
  • Clear next-step guidance
  • Specialist consultation available if you want help interpreting your results

AFTER YOUR RESULT

A result is useful when you know what it changes.

You do not have to interpret hormone numbers on your own. If anything is unclear, unexpected or time-sensitive, you can book a specialist to put the result into the context of your age, cycles, symptoms and fertility plans.

  • Understand what is reassuring
  • Know what needs repeating or investigating
  • Connect hormones to cycles and symptoms
  • Decide whether to keep trying, optimise or escalate

WHAT THIS TEST CAN HELP YOU DECIDE

Know whether you can keep moving forward — or whether something deserves a closer look.

A fertility test is most valuable when it changes what you do next. These results give you a clearer basis for planning rather than relying on symptoms or assumptions alone.

01

Is ovarian reserve part of the conversation?

Put AMH in context without treating it as a fertility score or a prediction of natural conception.

02

Could thyroid or hormone patterns be relevant?

Identify findings that may warrant repeat testing, GP review or wider fertility investigation.

03

Is now the time to act?

Use your age, cycle pattern, symptoms and results together to judge whether waiting still feels sensible.

04

What should happen next?

Decide whether the next step is reassurance, optimisation, additional tests, a scan or a specialist consultation.

What Our Customers Say

"

Reassurance and control

I ordered a ProFertility test out of curiosity more than anything. I’m in my early 30s, not actively trying, but I didn’t want to sleepwalk into decisions later. The results surprised me — nothing serious, just things I wouldn’t have known without testing. It gave me reassurance and a sense of control I didn’t realise I was missing.

Laura
"

Calm, factual, no pressure

I’d put off fertility testing because I was afraid of bad news. But the way ProFertility presents results is calm and factual. No panic, no pressure. Just information. That alone made it worth it.

Sophie
"

Clear and respectful

The test itself was easy. The hard part was realising how little I’d ever been told about sperm health. ProFertility didn’t make it awkward or embarrassing — just clear, practical and respectful.

Mark
"

No pressure, real support

We weren’t pushed into anything. The specialist explained our results, talked through options, and left the decision with us. That alone felt very different to clinics we’d dealt with before.

Hannah & Tom
"

Direction instead of panic

We’d been trying for over a year and doing random things we found online. The Roadmap gave us direction. We stopped panicking and started focusing.

Chris & Ella
"

A corrective plan changed everything

After years of irregular cycles and being told it was “just stress”, having a corrective plan changed how I saw myself. Even before pregnancy was part of the picture, I felt better physically and mentally.

Aisha
"

Pregnant naturally

After months of corrective work and understanding what was actually holding us back, I fell pregnant naturally. It still feels surreal.

Jess & Rob
"

A helpful second opinion

We were about to start IVF and felt overwhelmed. The second opinion helped us optimise beforehand instead of rushing in. It didn’t replace our clinic — it complemented it.

Lucy
"

Grateful we didn’t give up

The changes didn’t feel dramatic at first, but over time my cycles regulated and things shifted. I’m now pregnant and grateful we didn’t give up.

Natalie
"

Answers after loss

After my miscarriage, I was left with questions no one answered. Learning what might have contributed helped me feel grounded again.

Anonymous
"

Clarity and confidence

As a single woman, I needed clear answers about timelines and options. The consultation helped me make informed decisions instead of guessing.

Maria
"

Life-changing clarity

I wish I’d found this sooner. This would have saved me years of confusion and anxiety.
