TTC communities use DPO to discuss symptoms, testing and the wait before a period. If ovulation was only estimated by an app, the count is an estimate too.
What to keep in mind
Symptoms or a particular DPO number cannot diagnose pregnancy. A correctly timed pregnancy test is more useful.
